Are these WhatsApp templates free to use?
Yes. Copy any template, edit it as much as you like and send it from any WhatsApp account. No signup, no attribution, no catch.
Do these templates work with regular WhatsApp, or only WhatsApp Business?
Both. These are ordinary chat messages, so they work in regular WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, and WhatsApp Web alike. They are not Business API "message templates", which are a separate Meta-approved format used by API platforms.
How do the {variables} work?
Anything in curly braces, like {name} or {date}, is a placeholder. After copying the template, replace each placeholder with the real detail before sending. Nothing fills them in automatically - that is deliberate, so a half-filled message never reaches a customer.
Can I send one template to many customers at once?
Yes, with WhatsApp broadcast lists, but know the delivery rule first: a broadcast only reaches people who saved your number in their contacts, and one list holds up to 256 recipients. Our broadcast guide covers the rules and how to send safely.
Will sending templates get my number banned?
Templates themselves are fine - what gets numbers restricted is spammy behavior: messaging people who never agreed to hear from you, sending identical blasts too often, or ignoring people who ask to stop. Personalize the placeholders, message people who know you, and space broadcasts out.
Which languages are the templates available in?
Every template currently ships in English and Hebrew - use the language toggle on each template card. More languages are planned.
