Review request
When to use: A day or two after a purchase or service the customer was clearly happy with.

When to use: A satisfied customer, after the work is done and the relationship is warm.

When to use: Right after a purchase or completed job. No ask, just gratitude, which is why it works.

Getting replies, not blocks
- Ask for the review within a day or two of the good experience, while it is still vivid.
- One link, one ask. A message with three links gets zero clicks.
- Ask everyone whose experience was genuinely good, and never condition a reward on the review being positive.
- For referrals, name the kind of customer you are looking for. "Someone who also renovates apartments" beats "anyone who might need us".
